Ken Benson

MissionPREP Director

Ken’s experience as a teacher, youth pastor and church planter prepared him for church planting in Portugal from 1998-2011. Other short-term cross-cultural projects include Mexico, and First Nations villages in the Northwest Territories and Northern Manitoba.

Ken has been involved in training and debriefing global workers since 2011, and has been the director of MissionPREP since 2013. He enjoys cycling, hiking, camping and spending time with his grandchildren.

MissionPREP’s exciting joining with MORE Network, opens a new chapter to be “Stronger Together."

Ken's favourite scripture is Exodus 33:14 "The Lord said to Moses, 'My Presence will go with you and I will give you rest.'"
