Ambassador - Transitioning from National Team Leader

Paul provides Member Care support and resourcing to Canadian missionaries and their families. Paul grew up in India and has experience in Missionary Member Care and Training as an Executive and Missions Pastor, as well as in the transportation and banking industry. 

Paul & Carol Dyck have been married for 40+ years, have 2 sons, a daughter in love, and three grandchildren. Paul works with Outreach Canada. Paul is the National Team Leader for the MORE Network (Missionary Opportunities for Resourcing & Equipping) and the Canadian Missionary Kid Network, both ministries of Outreach Canada. Carol helps in support raising and hospitality all with joy and laughter! Paul’s role is Ministry Ambassador and Champion across Canada, working with Mission Agency & Church leaders involved with caring for Missionaries (single, couple) and missionary families. Paul is an MK and has experience in Missionary & MK Care, Pastoring, Banking and Business Leadership. He loves to resource Missionaries and National workers globally and has served them in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Paul and Carol live in Abbotsford, BC. Their son and his family live nearby.
