Anna Marie, married to Doug for 40+ years, has 2 children and several grandchildren and lives in Vancouver, BC. She has provided counselling and Member Care in Asia for 12 years in several locations. Her passion is to help missionaries and their families through grief, pain and loss while in various stages of transition. She understands just how difficult it can be transitioning in and out of cross-cultural ministry. She holds a nursing degree (BScN) and counselling degrees (Master of Arts in Counseling) and is recognized as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Certified Counsellor. |

Ruth first served at Prairie College for 5 years as Assistant Dean and Dean of Women. In 1985 she joined SIM Canada and has served primarily in member care, coaching, team building, and leader care in various countries since then. Growing up in a missionary family allowed her to see the value of caring for Workers. Her parents did it constantly and set a great example for her. Discipling, mentoring, caring, showing hospitality and every other form investing in people gives her great joy. Currently based in Abbotsford, her focus is leader care and encouragement in the Asia / Pacific Region. |

Lori has been serving with MB Mission for 22 years when she and her husband Norm took their four children on their first short-term mission trip with them. Since then she has stay connected and been involved in various capacities, and for the past 10 years she has been on staff. Five years ago she became the Member Care Team Leader for a team located world-wide serving their mission in the ministry of Member Care. Her husband Norm joined the team one year ago and together they give leadership to this and International HR based out of Abbotsford. |

Julie Simeon has worked with Youth With A Mission in Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Vancouver over the past 33 years. Her main role has been in member care, staff training and leadership development. In her interactions with global workers, Julie has realised the benefit of debriefing and has the privilege of debriefing missionaries from various agencies as they transition. |
