Thanatology Workshop

WHAT:
MORE Network Ontario Chapter invites you to a workshop on Thanatology (grief) by Dr. David Sherbino.
 

SPEAKER: Dr. Sherbino is the Professor of Spirituality and Pastoral Ministry as well as the Doctor of Ministry Program Spiritual Formation Track Coordinator. As a specialist in Thanatology, he will lead us through a time of learning about grief and how to walk alongside people who are experiencing it, how instructing how to accompany adults and children who are going through the grief journey.

WHO IS IT FOR:
​It is geared towards mission agency member care workers, pastors and lay people serving on mission committees, missionaries themselves, and anyone else engaged in resourcing and caring for cross cultural workers.

WHEN:
Already took place in January 2023. We will let you know when we will run again. Please let Diane Fietje know that you're interested.

WHERE:
In person, at the M.A.F. Headquarters in 102-195 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Guelph, Ontario.
