1)    How do I save my spot?

 

Completion of Part I, II and III of the application, $100 non-refundable deposit and a digital photograph are required at this time to register and save your spot. Closer to the date of the ReBoot Wilderness retreat, we will require medical and liability release forms, medical card or proof of insurance and payment. The total cost of Wilderness ReBoot is $795. The balance of $695 is due June 2, 2022 (30 days in advance of the retreat).

2)    Details on May 31st decision regarding booking flights and travel plans.

 

We regret that early purchase of plane tickets in this changing COVID environment is not advised. Please wait to book any flights or make travel plans until you receive written confirmation from Ben Reed, Wilderness ReBoot Director on or before May 31st 2022.

3)    What are the program start and end times?

 

·     Please arrive at the Calgary airport by 12 Noon on Saturday July 2^nd 2022, if possible, so all can be picked up in a single trip.

·     If arriving by car, please arrive as close to 2:00 PM as possible.

·     Departure 11:00 AM on Friday, July 8^th 2022, after breakfast and packing up. Please don’t book flights from Calgary airport before 1:00 PM.

4)    I am under 21 and an MK. Can I attend Wilderness ReBoot?

 

If you are under 21, we encourage you to first attend our Classic ReBoot program.

If you are a Classic ReBoot alumnus and are over 18, you are welcome to submit an application for Wilderness ReBoot.

5)    I can't afford the total cost of $795. What can I do?

 

We trust the Lord to raise funds to help each year with ReBoot costs. We wish we could cover 100%, but that is not possible. Please contact the Wilderness ReBoot Director at BenReed@outreach.ca to discuss any financial concerns. Ben will work in good faith with you to see a way to help make it possible for you to attend. We don’t want finances to keep an MK from participating.

6)    Do I need to register with Blue Bronna separately?

 

No. All required registration information is covered by the Wilderness ReBoot application and no additional registration is needed.

7)    Do I pay Blue Bronna fees as well as ReBoot fees?

 

No. All program fees are covered in the $795 cost, including any fees owed to Blue Bronna. No additional payment is necessary.
