When should I book flights and make travel plans?

Please wait to book any flights or make any travel plans until you have received an official confirmation from the ReBoot team confirming that ReBoot 2021 can run in person per COVID-19 guidelines.

Why do we need signing permission for MK's who are minors (under 19)?

Some of the special activities we participate in during ReBoot require the signing of additional liability and safety forms while on site prior to participation. MK’s who are 19+ can sign on their own behalf. MK’s 18 or younger technically need the signature of a parent or guardian, however, if your parent/guardian have given us permission to do so we can sign on their behalf. To request specific information on what these activities might be please contact the Classic ReBoot Director.

When is the payment due?

In Spring 2021, when we can confirm that an in-person retreat can move forward as planned under COVID guidelines, a registration fee of $650 will be due.

How are the remaining funds raised?

The total cost of Classic ReBoot is $1,650/per MK. Contributions through sending mission organizations, sending churches and personal donors enable those who cannot pay more than $650 to attend.

Can I make a roommate request?

Roommates are assigned by the ReBoot Director and the staff. You have the joy of being with your friend during the day as well as building new friendships with your roommate.

If arriving from overseas, when should I arrive in Canada prior to ReBoot?

Arrive in Canada a minimum of 5-7 days prior to ReBoot, especially if coming from Asia, Africa or Europe. ReBoot’s very active schedule requires your full physical and mental energies. You won’t regret arriving well rested!

NOTE: It may be necessary to allow a 14 day quarantine under COVID19 guidelines if arriving outside of Canada or the province where ReBoot is being held.

What to pack or not pack for your time there.

CLOTHING: Be sure to pack a minimum of one long-sleeved hoodie and bring jeans and a light jacket for cooler evenings.
