What is the early bird discount?
Our desire is to provide a tremendous transition retreat experience for MKs at Classic ReBoot. To accomplish this we need a minimum of 15 MKs in attendance at Classic ReBoot as we place a high value on peer learning.
To encourage early registration we are offering a $50 registration discount for those who register on or before May 1st. To qualify for this discount we must receive either a registration payment ($600) or a ReBoot application (especially if agency will be covering registration costs).
When should I book flights and make travel plans?
Please wait to book any flights or make any travel plans until you have received an official acceptance email from the ReBoot team confirming your acceptance to ReBoot.
Why do we need signing permission for MK's who are minors (under 19)?
Some of the special activities we participate in during ReBoot require the signing of additional liability and safety forms while on site prior to participation. MK’s who are 19+ can sign on their own behalf. MK’s 18 or younger technically need the signature of a parent or guardian, however, if your parent/guardian have given us permission to do so we can sign on their behalf. To request specific information on what these activities might be please contact the Classic ReBoot Director.
When can I expect to receive acknowledgment of receipt of my application?
You will receive acknowledgment that your application has been received within 2 business days of submission.
I can't register online or get an error message. Who do I contact for help?
Please contact Judy Hunter at (604) 952-0050 or email@example.com
When is acceptance into ReBoot confirmed?
You will be advised that acceptance is confirmed once we have:
- received all necessary paperwork (your completed and signed application, medical and liability release forms, digital photograph, copy of medical card or proof of overseas insurance);
- your payment of the $650 (or $600 - early bird discount) registration fee;
- and the staff team has reviewed and approved your application.
When is the balance of funds due?
The $650 ($600 early bird) registration fee is due at time of application ($100 non refundable). The entire $650/$600 is non-refundable after May 31st.
How are the remaining funds raised?
The total cost of ReBoot is $1,650/person. Through a partnership of mission sending and training organizations, churches and personal donors, the balance is covered, God has provided sufficient funds to see the balance covered.
Can I make a roommate request?
Roommates are assigned by the ReBoot Director and the staff. You have the joy of being with your friend during the day as well as building new friendships with your roommate.
If arriving from overseas, when should I arrive in Canada prior to ReBoot?
Arrive in Canada 5-7 days prior to ReBoot, especially if coming from Asia, Africa or Europe. ReBoot’s very active schedule requires your full physical and mental energies. You won’t regret arriving well rested!
